Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
Information May Change
Public rolls are corrected, portal details and fees change, collections move, and digitization alters online coverage. We try to keep Bothell references current, but cannot guarantee any detail at a particular time. Confirm facts and copies with the responsible custodian.
No Legal Advice
The material is not legal advice. It identifies sources and describes how Bothell resident rolls and directories generally work, but it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Use Records Lawfully
Public access serves transparency, not harm. Never use information reached here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure someone. Misuse can violate Washington criminal statutes, including RCW 9A.46.020 and RCW 9A.46.110, federal law, and our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
We Host No Records
No government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital certificate is hosted here. We only identify the offices, libraries, and portals that hold them. Requests, verification, and corrections belong with the original custodian.
